Monica Abernathy

Monica Abernathy, Owner of A Polished Work Nail Spa,  is a professional nail care stylist, located on Chicago’s South Side.  She’s always had her hands in all things creative and thrives on orchestrating transformations. She is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Dudley Beauty College Chicago. Monica also is an educator, career consultant, and beauty industry advocate. Her expertise in mentorship and professional development led to the creation of EntrepreNAILeur, a creative digital platform for nail professionals that provides resources to enhance skill sets, increase productivity, and profits.
